Inspiring Personal Change

I believe 'relationships' are key to our healthy existence: the relationship we have with ourselves, with others and with our environment. My approach is to create a potential space for personal learning within a safe & creative working environment and to develop trusting client relationships. The coaching relationship creates a crucible for learning and with support and challenge individuals can explore, develop and integrate new learning.

I chose the Mandala as the symbol to represent my coaching model as every mandala, like ourselves, is unique.  A mandala aq-mandela-13 is an integrated structure organised around a unifying centre: it represents wholeness. 'Wholeness and interconnectedness' are the two concepts at the foundation of my coaching model: Wholeness is the holistic work that looks at the internal world of an individual: the mind-body connection, blocks to potential, challenging unhelpful beliefs, re-framing mindsets. Interconnectedness is the external, systemic work of an individual in relation to their environment, the organisation, the team, family etc., indeed all the relationships that are in their field of contact.

Personal development enables us to journey to the source of who we are and from this place of potential become more of the best of who we can be, I believe.

If you've ever wondered why it is you do the things you do

If you've ever been curious as to why you relate better to some people than others

If getting help with unpicking your thinking to be able to clarify your choices and make better decisions would be useful

If expressing yourself more confidently is desirable

These are examples of what personal development can address as part of the process of gaining self-awareness, developing self-motivation to change behaviour and increase self-esteem.
